Your main tasks
- Ensuring the stable operation and lifecycle management of our specialist and web applications as well as handling and coordinating incidents, problems and service requests
- Users from the specialist department, superusers or employees appreciate your expertise: you support them with application issues and contribute to their empowerment
- Collaboration in the implementation of changes and further developments in close cooperation with the product owner and developers
- In addition, you create, update, maintain and manage the necessary documentation (operating manual, user manual, instructions, etc.)
- You support the team with tests, releases and the introduction of new functions
Your profile
- Completed training in computer science, medical informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in application management, IT operations or a similar environment
- You have good knowledge of web technologies (.NET applications) as well as MSSQL and have initial experience in managing web servers (IIS, Apache, etc.)
- Enjoy working with different stakeholders
- Communicative personality with a strong customer and service orientation
