The Serviceplan Group Switzerland provides central services such as finance, HR, IT and administration within this agency structure for several agency companies with around 50 employees.

Junior Controller / Ambitious Accounting Clerk 100%
Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you are part of our finance team and take responsibility for accurate bookkeeping and transparent financial processes. You work closely with our controller and support them in the operational day-to-day business. In addition, you provide management with meaningful analyses and reports.
Bookkeeping
- Execution and monitoring of general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
- Management of dunning processes and ensuring an efficient payment process
- Preparation and control of payment runs
- Ensuring a correct approval process
Controlling
- Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Participation in budgeting, forecasts and variance analyses
- Creation and presentation of revenue monitoring
- Ongoing recording and analysis of liquidity planning
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and management reports
- Optimisation and further development of controlling processes
- Collaboration with headquarters and internal stakeholders
- Preparation of documents for internal and external audits
Administrative Tasks
- Support with administrative activities in the finance area
- Point of contact for questions regarding SAP and Teambox (ERP system)
Requirements
- Commercial training with appropriate further education or completed studies in business administration, finance or controlling
- 2–3 years of experience in the finance sector mandatory, experience in controlling advantageous
- Good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI)
- Analytical thinking and a structured, independent working style
- Team player with high initiative and strong communication skills
- High willingness to learn and interest in new challenges
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous
