Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a specialist as Architect Design & Project Planning (80-100%) to collaborate on architecturally demanding building projects, competitions, and studies. You will develop design concepts, feasibility studies, and project plans and advance these together with the project team into precise architectural solutions. A focus lies on the creative and digital processing with ArchiCAD and Vectorworks as well as the creation of high-quality plan and presentation documents. The position offers a versatile field of activity between design, competition, and project planning.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration on demanding architecture and building projects of various uses and scales
Development and elaboration of architectural designs and concepts
Handling of competitions, study commissions, and feasibility studies
Creation of floor plans, sections, facades, and spatial concepts
Further development of projects during preliminary study, preliminary project, and construction project
Digital project processing and 3D modelling with ArchiCAD and Vectorworks
Preparation of variant studies as well as material and design concepts
Creation of competition, presentation, and project documentation
Coordination of architectural planning with specialist planners and experts
Participation in building law clarifications and approval procedures
Review and further development of constructive and functional solutions
Support of project management in planning coordination and quality assurance
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture at ETH, FH, or university level
Professional experience in architectural planning, ideally in the Swiss market
Solid knowledge in design, project planning, and competition processing
Professional handling of ArchiCAD and Vectorworks
Knowledge of Swiss SIA planning phases and building standards is an advantage
Experience in 3D planning and digital project processing
Good German language skills spoken and written
