Your tasks

• Personal care and support of our residents in everyday life
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with residents and their relatives
• Active contact maintenance and regular exchange with relatives and key persons
• Advice and support for residents and relatives on personal, social and family issues
• Support during changes in life situations, admissions, transitions and difficult life phases
• Recognising social, psychosocial and emotional needs and initiating appropriate support
• Mediation between residents, relatives, nursing, care and other specialist agencies
• Organisation and accompaniment of meetings with relatives and internal as well as external professionals
• Documentation of relevant contacts and processes

Your profile

• Completed training in Social Work (FH/HF) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in working with older people and/or in the health and social sector is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy and enjoyment in contact with people
• Confidence and tact in dealing with relatives
• Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct even difficult conversations appreciatively
• Independent, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaborationGood German language skills, spoken and writtenItalian or Spanish skills are an advantage
