Educational Consultant, 80-100%

From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a sales talent with heart and joy in advising our prospects.

Your tasks:

• You advise prospects personally as well as online and accompany them empathetically and convincingly on their way to their decision.
• You prepare offers, process enquiries and ensure a high closing rate through professional follow-up.
• You plan and conduct information evenings as well as individual consultation meetings and inspire people for our training and continuing education offers.
• You contribute new ideas and proactively develop our sales process further.
• Together with the school team, you work to achieve our sales targets and continuously develop sales.
• You carefully maintain leads in the CRM system and always keep an eye on progress, quality and closing rates.
• You actively contribute to a positive and team-oriented sales culture, where shared successes are also celebrated together.

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable basic education
• Professional experience in consultative sales, ideally in the education or service sector
• Empathy, persuasiveness and closing strength as well as confident appearance in consultation meetings
• Independent, structured working style and routine in handling CRM systems as well as MS Office
• Initiative, team spirit and joy in shared sales goals
• Very good German skills and interest in health and education
• Further training in sales or educational consulting is an advantage
