Head of Facility Management 100% (m/f)

Job Description

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team (2 employees)
• Responsibility for the continuous optimisation of buildings and infrastructure
• Planning, control, and monitoring of modernisation measures
• Leading specific projects in the area of facility management
• Development and implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability measures
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and relevant standards in the area of fire protection
• Management and coordination of external service providers and contract companies
• Budget planning and cost control as well as continuous cost optimisation in the facility area
• Implementation of investment and new construction projects as well as technical conversions
• Introduction of standards, processes, and digital solutions in facility management
• Close cooperation with production, maintenance, and occupational safety
• Preparation of investment proposals (CER with cost calculations and profitability analysis)
• Creation of specifications (project basis)

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in technical facility management, ideally in a production company
• Leadership experience as well as strong communication and organisational skills
• Sound knowledge of relevant legal regulations
• Experience in project management and in managing external service providers
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong solution orientation
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP)
• German spoken and written, very good English skills, and ideally French

Professional Requirements

• Completed technical basic training with corresponding advanced training in facility management, building technology, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification
