To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a flexible and committed individual to handle a variety of personnel and administrative tasks.

Do you have a commercial education, initial professional experience in HR, and a service-oriented personality? We offer you a varied role in a lively environment.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for managing time and absence management
• Performing diverse HR tasks in the onboarding and offboarding process
• Creating job advertisements, employment contracts, confirmations, references, as well as obtaining permits, registrations/deregistrations with social insurances, etc.
• Independent management of the payroll accounting of a subsidiary
• Support in personnel development (organising training, managing the training schedule, creating further education agreements)
• Organisation and coordination of business trips, meetings and events
• Participation in the implementation of HR projects
• Assuming further diverse HR and administrative tasks

Our Requirements

• Completed commercial training with affinity and initial experience in HR
• Resilience, organisational skills and independence
• Loyal and communicative personality
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style
• Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP system)
• Team player, friendly demeanour
• Good German language skills (additional languages are an advantage)
