What you can achieve
- You commit yourself as a coach and work resource- and goal-oriented with people in need of support.
- You act as a sparring partner and advise internal specialists as well as external employers within the framework of labour integration.
- Collaboration with clients and support circles (doctors, authorities, authorised representatives) is an important part of your daily work.
- You find creative solutions, establish contacts with training companies and employers, and help create perspectives with your commitment.
- Documentation, reports and administrative tasks are just as much a part of your work as direct contact with people.
What you bring with you
- You are a communicative professional with an eagle eye for details and a heart in the right place.
- You like to work independently, think in networks and remain calm even when things get hectic.
- You are keen to take responsibility, contribute ideas and actively help shape things.
- You have solid training or further education in coaching, social work, work pedagogy or equivalent.
- MS Office? No problem for you.
- You have a category B driving licence and can find your way to our places of deployment (with or without a sat nav).
