Responsibilities
Ensuring all activities related to personnel remuneration, close cooperation with the decentralised HR organisation and coordination of the interface to the finance department. Responsible for the timely and error-free completion of all administrative tasks in the assigned area. Support in the implementation of HR strategies in the area of remuneration and social benefits.

Your tasks include:
Collaboration and processing of payroll accounting for all assigned areas or legal entities
Carrying out administrative activities in the payroll area as well as support with payroll-specific queries
Processing and checking of payroll-relevant changes and social security data
Performing monthly checks as well as processing standard cases and salary deductions related to FamZu, MSE, VSE, BUE, IV, EO, KVG, UVG, UBU, manual deduction cases
Recording, processing and forwarding of accident and illness notifications in cooperation with insurance companies and internal departments
Support with reconciliations and preparatory work for monthly and annual financial statements
Handling correspondence and administrative matters with authorities, insurance companies and social security partners
Point of contact for all employees in the assigned areas for enquiries about salary and social security issues in four languages DE, EN, IT, FR
Complete processing of medical certificates as well as absence management & controlling
Participation in process optimisation as well as in the establishment and further development of payroll processes
Active participation in the maintenance of master data and documentation
Processing of cases and settlements with various agencies and insurance companies, such as compensation office (AHV/ALV/IV/EO), pension fund, tax authorities etc.
Contact person for internal and external parties in connection with payroll processing, social security accounting and their interfaces
Your profile:
Commercial (at least E-profile) or business administration training ideally with further education in social security, payroll accounting, human resources
At least 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role in payroll accounting or HR
SAP / Workday / UKA / time recording system knowledge advantageous as well as MS Office and IT affinity
Discretion, networked and pronounced analytical thinking
Precise, structured and team-oriented working style
Motivated, reliable, independent and responsible personality
German as mother tongue and English language skills are mandatory
Italian and/or French is a plus
