The data from Mediapulse enables an entire industry to make the right decisions based on facts. As an independent research organisation, we collect data on the usage of radio and
TV offerings in Switzerland. Mediapulse stands for neutrality, independence, transparency, and scientific rigour.

In the Log Quality Management (LQM) team, we ensure that TV programme data is processed correctly, checked daily, and made available for downstream applications. We work with broadcast logs provided by TV broadcasters and TV marketers, check their quality, and clarify discrepancies with them.

Your Areas of Responsibility

Verification and Processing of TV Programme Data

You work daily with delivered TV programme data, such as programme titles, broadcast times, and other programme information. You manage our automated processes, monitor the quality of incoming data, and resolve discrepancies where manual intervention is necessary.

1st-Level Support and Monitoring of Data Productions

You assist in monitoring daily data productions, detect anomalies early, and support the resolution of issues in operational processes.

Creation and Preparation of TV Evaluations

You create TV evaluations for clients, ensuring that data is correctly prepared and provided in an appropriate format.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

You work closely within LQM with internal teams and external partners, document special cases transparently, and support the ongoing improvement of processes and workflows.

Your work is important for the quality of TV media research. You take on a versatile role between data verification, evaluations, and operational monitoring. You are part of a well-coordinated and helpful team and receive thorough training in processes, tools, and contexts.

Your Profile

• Commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Enjoyment of structured work with content, programme data, and evaluations
• Very careful and reliable working style
• Good eye for detail and understanding of logical processes
• Enjoyment in using digital tools (Microsoft 365 applications)
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and an independent working style
• French language skills are an advantage
