YOUR MISSION
As a social worker, your role requires advanced mastery of specific skills:
- • Needs analysis and social intervention: You identify and assess the specific needs of clients
in order to direct interventions within an appropriate social health framework, including personalised follow-up
according to each client’s needs.
- • Support for informal carers and guidance: You provide advice and support to relatives, while
offering strategic guidance to improve clients’ well-being.
- • Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and
with an external network for a coordinated approach.
- • Case management: You actively manage client files acting as a key contact person
YOUR PROFILE
- • You hold a diploma in social work or an equivalent recognised qualification, ideally complemented by
two years’ experience in Switzerland.
- • You have a solid knowledge of social insurance within the socio-health system of the canton of Vaud.
- • A certified training in social insurance would be an advantage.
- • Autonomous, versatile, and adaptable, you have a strong interest in home care as well as social insurance and counselling.
- • You demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills within a group and with clients.
- • You handle administrative procedures with ease and confidence!
- • You possess a driving licence and ideally a personal vehicle.
