Your Tasks

• Ensure the operational day-to-day business of the assigned product group, especially procurement of aircraft components including order processing, deadline monitoring, and ensuring material availability while adhering to cost, quality, and deadline targets
• Take responsibility for supplier management, including
• Evaluation, development, risk analysis, and maintenance of sustainable supplier relationships
• Conduct price, contract, and agreement negotiations as well as manage non-contractual procurements
• Develop and implement product group and supplier strategies in operational purchasing and support the Procurement Manager in the overarching purchasing strategy
• Participate in projects to further develop procurement processes and conduct market analyses and benchmarking
• Actively drive economic and qualitative optimisation of purchasing processes

What Convince Us

• Technical or commercial basic training with further education in purchasing or supply chain management
• Several years of professional experience in operational and strategic procurement, ideally in an industrial or aviation environment
• Solid experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost analyses
• Very good SAP knowledge and confident handling of MS Office
• Negotiation-level German and English skills at C1 level, both spoken and written
• Analytical, structured, and assertive personality with strong communication and team skills
