This is your role

• Individually care for and support residents
• Strengthen and promote the self-efficacy of our residents
• Create meaningful living spaces
• Accompany and empower residents in accordance with the UN CRPD
• Take responsibility for the daily operations in the residential area
• Individual assessment and classification according to BESA
• Opportunity to take on the role of vocational trainer
