Responsibilities:
- You procure materials for production and check order confirmations and supplier invoices
- You are the contact person for procurement-related questions, both upstream and downstream
- You continuously improve procurement processes and their costs
- You optimise and develop logistics and storage concepts as well as supplier management
- You coordinate technical changes with suppliers and implement them
- You prepare Non Conformity Reports and communicate them
- You record and maintain procurement master data in the ERP system
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in a technical or commercial profession
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in operational procurement
- You are well acquainted with the national and international supplier market and have good negotiation skills
- Your knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office is good
- You have a good technical understanding
- You can communicate confidently in German and English
