Your Tasks
- Organisation & Administration (your focus): You coordinate the daily practice routine: telephone, emails, appointment and room planning as well as mail processing are in your hands
- You record patients in the system (e.g. Curamed) and take care of prescriptions and orders (physio/ergotherapy)
- You write and organise reports, request documents and ensure smooth dispatch
- You keep an overview of orders (laboratory & office) and ensure well-functioning processes in the background
- You take care of apprentice supervision and bring structure to the working day
- You take on organisational tasks around the laboratory
- Quality & Processes: You carry out quality controls (e.g. laboratory/QC, temperature controls) and ensure compliance with standards
- You think along, contribute improvements and optimise processes
- Medical support (occasional & manageable): You perform selected medical activities, e.g. blood sampling, vaccinations and simple measurements (INR, ECG, blood pressure)
- The medical-technical component is manageable and gives you plenty of room to fully utilise your administrative strengths and actively shape the daily practice routine.
Your Profile
- MPA out of passion: With completed training and initial professional experience
- Medical terminology? Check! You are familiar with it and confidently write reports and protocols
- Tech-savvy? Great! Experience with medical devices (INR, blood gas analysis, 24h blood pressure, 24h Holter ECG) is a plus
- IT skilled: You navigate confidently through clinical information systems as well as MS Office
- Heart & empathy: You understand the needs of older people and their relatives
- Structured & organised: You work independently and like to contribute in a team
- Communicative & discreet: You convince with tact and reliability
- Fixed point: Monday is your fixed working day. The other percentages of employment are flexibly agreed with you
