Introduction
Network 41 plans, creates, modernises and maintains mobile, wired and smart meter communication networks across Switzerland for today and tomorrow. Our engineering expertise includes design, acquisition, project planning, electrical planning and mandates in project management and client representation. Furthermore, we are responsible for the new construction and expansion of telecommunications infrastructures, civil engineering and cable pulling work, splicing and measurement technology, in-house installations as well as independent electrical inspections (SiNa). To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Employee Administration & Project Support Electrical Planning (60-100%).
Tasks
- Support project managers with administrative and organisational tasks
- Create and process offers, tenders and project documentation
- Maintain and manage project documents
- Appointment and task management
- Communication with clients, architects, authorities and specialist partners
- Support with invoicing and change order management
- General office and administrative work
- Assistance in the preparation of planning and execution documents
Qualifications
- Commercial or technical basic training
- Interest in the electrical industry or building technology
- Very good PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Enjoy working in a team
- Experience in a technical environment or planning office is an advantage
