Your tasks:

In your role as Application Manager, you are the central contact person for our business applications – with a focus on the production-related environment. Together with internal stakeholders and external partners, you design processes efficiently and future-proof.

You will take on:

• The application responsibility for systems such as ERP, CAQ, EDI, CAD, PLM, or MES in ongoing operations
• The planning, coordination, and implementation of small to medium IT projects
• The analysis, collection, and documentation of requirements in close coordination with the department
• The coordination at the interface between business, central IT, support, and external partners
• The (partial) project management for system introductions and further developments
• The creation of concepts and specifications as well as the maintenance of system documentation
• Support during training for end users

What you bring:

• Experience in handling business applications such as ERP, CAQ, EDI etc., ideally in a production environment
• Experience and knowledge in IT project management
• A good understanding of processes, especially in production or trading companies
• A structured, independent working style with high personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration
• Technical basic understanding to implement requirements and solutions effectively with manufacturers and IT
