Your workplace:
On the Hoher Kasten, the Swiss lookout mountain, the mountain world lies at your feet. Our restaurant pampers guests with a breathtaking panorama and regional specialties. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a committed and creative personality as Chef (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Proper preparation of hot and cold dishes.
• Mise en place and production in the hot and cold kitchen.
• Creative co-design of our seasonal menu.
• Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP).
• Control and adherence to the specified standards.
• Efficient organisation of your work area, including mise en place.
• Coordination and smooth cooperation within the kitchen team.

What you bring with you:

• Solid training as a Chef EFZ or comparable qualification.
• Passion for processing fresh, regional products and a high awareness of quality.
• Independent working with a high level of commitment brings you joy.
• Fluent German skills (Swiss German an advantage).
• Team spirit, reliability and the desire for a long-term job.
