To support our team in Gümligen, we are looking for you as a committed, dynamic, and motivated planning manager.

Your tasks

• Implementation of the document platform
• Assistance in creating fee contracts with specialist planners and experts
• Phase- and deadline-compliant planning coordination and planning
• Timely obtaining of approvals and decisions from third parties
• The planning of planning: defining and processing planning packages and topics in a timely manner
• Creating plan delivery programmes for: standard details / tender plans / execution plans
• Ensuring timely plan delivery digitally and in paper form
• Checking plan deliveries
• Ensuring plan approvals by the client / purchaser and/or specialist planners including filing of plans
• Plan checks and plan approvals by technical and general contractors
• Plan checks within the framework of HRS quality assurance
• Assisting in obtaining occupancy permits and all official permits necessary for contract fulfilment
• Coordinating the planning of all project planners and contractors
• Participation in kick-off meetings with contractors on the planning topic
• Leading and minuting meetings
• Conducting sample inspections / acceptance of samples and prototypes including minuting
• Fulfilment of conditions from the building permit or planning implementation of conditions
• Target-actual control of technical/general contractor contract bases with the project planning status
• Compiling basics / plans for processing project changes
• Ensuring PQM for planning / plan checks by specialist planners
• Checking whether the execution planning complies with SIA standards and requirements
• Checking details of specialist planners regarding feasibility / construction tolerances
• Coordinating and discussing all planning matters with authorities and specialist bodies
• Contacts with authorities and offices
• Assisting with factory acceptance tests and final inspections
• Building documentation

For this demanding role, you bring the following profile

• Several years of experience in the execution of large projects
• Experience as a project manager architect / collaboration with technical/general contractors or as a planning manager on the technical/general contractor side
• Planning experience across all SIA phases 31 – 53
• Completed training as an architect
• You enjoy working independently but are also a team player within the project organisation
• Despite your skills, you are self-critical and aware of your weaknesses
