Export Clerk 60% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Responsibilities:
Record export orders and organise international transports
Coordinate delivery schedules and monitor their status
Register piece goods shipments and process transport orders
Coordinate returns from domestic and international sources
Enter purchase orders in the ERP system
Obtain quotes from suppliers and transport service providers
Post goods receipts and update item master data
Support inventories and other administrative cover duties
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with experience in export
Further training in export/foreign trade is an advantage
Professional experience in international transport handling within Europe
Good knowledge of ERP systems as well as MS Excel and Word
French language skills are an advantage
Precise, reliable and punctual working style
Clear communication and confident handling of multiple parallel orders
Very good German skills and good English in spoken and written form
