Field Sales Consultant Building Envelope City of Zurich 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Support of existing customers and development of new relationships with architects, planners, builders, processors and other project partners
• Early identification of interesting projects and targeted positioning of our products and solutions in the planning, decision-making and tendering phase
• With market intuition and initiative, you open up new potentials and build a strong network in the regional architecture and construction industry
• You provide competent advice on design, technical and application-related questions and work closely with our internal specialist departments
• You actively manage sales opportunities, conduct customer and project negotiations independently and act entrepreneurially and result-oriented.
• In exchange with sales, technical consulting and product management, you bring customer needs and market knowledge into the further development of our offerings.
• You plan activities independently, keep projects and contacts on track in the CRM and represent Swisspearl at specialist events and customer events

Requirements

• A completed technical vocational training, preferably in the fields of building construction, architecture, building envelope or a related discipline
• Experience in consulting or sales within the construction, building materials or building envelope industry
• Understanding of architecture, design, construction and the processes of construction projects
• Enjoyment in contact with people as well as a customer-oriented, reliable and convincing manner
• Negotiation skills, initiative and a structured, independent way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in developing solutions together with customers and internal specialist departments
• Confident handling of digital tools; experience with CRM systems desired
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
• A regional anchoring or an existing network in the greater Zurich area is an advantage
