Employee Internal Sales - First and Second Level Support

Your task
You are a bilingual, motivated and team-oriented person who enjoys handling and coordinating customer enquiries in first and second level support. In a technically oriented, modernly organised and digitalised environment with an international focus, you are interested in taking responsibility for a wide range of tasks. You have the opportunity to specialise in a particular area and take the lead in it – for example in warranty, digitalisation, returns management or technology. In doing so, you support the team management with key topics and actively contribute to the further development of the internal sales department in a multilingual customer environment. You bring the necessary flexibility to travel to the head office for training purposes a few days a year or to support external events. After an induction period, you can work from home one day a week if desired.

Your experience
You have a commercial or technical basic education, supplemented by further training, and bring experience in internal sales or a similar role. You work in a structured manner, are customer-oriented, have a high IT affinity, are proactive and communicative. Language skills in German as well as in French or Italian are required. Both ambitious young talents with development potential and experienced professionals are welcome.
