What you can achieve

• Ensuring and administering the stable and high-performance operation of the Atlassian Suite
• Management, configuration and further development of the Atlassian Suite including workflows, processes, permissions and integrations
• Development of new functions based on user requirements taking into account security regulations and data protection compliance
• Implementation and control of Incident, Change, Service Request and Configuration Management in accordance with ITIL methodology
• Training and support of IT teams, documentation of workflows and ensuring support

What you bring with you

• Professional training or higher education in computer science or career changer with corresponding further training in computer science
• Sound knowledge of Atlassian products, especially Jira and Confluence
• Several years of experience in application management
• Knowledge in business analysis and ITSM tool management is an advantage
• Strong process thinking and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in consulting, gathering requirements and implementing them
• Team player with high initiative and conscientious working style
• Very good German skills; English skills (Level B2) are an advantage
• Military career as senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage

The Business Area C5I of RUAG MRO Holding AG supports the Swiss Army in the implementation of ICT projects with a specific focus on the Cyber Command.
