The Nyon Region Police is recruiting a: Public Security Assistant - 80% to 100% - Permanent Contract

A field role serving the community

As a Public Security Assistant, you play an essential role in daily safety and prevention.

Your main tasks:

• Control parking and ensure compliance with authorised durations;
• Actively participate in road safety prevention actions;
• Support police personnel during demonstrations and events;
• Ensure a visible and reassuring presence on the ground;
• Represent, through your professionalism and exemplary conduct, the image of our Police Force.

Your profile

You are a dynamic, reliable person oriented towards fieldwork. You identify with the following elements:

• Swiss or holder of a C permit (mandatory condition);
• Clean criminal record (mandatory condition);
• Holder of the Public Security Assistant certificate or willing to undertake training at the Savatan Academy (mandatory condition);
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Good interpersonal skills and sense of contact;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Good physical condition and interest in outdoor work;
• Good command of common office software tools.

Salary category A (100%): CHF 58,723.– to CHF 90,278.–
