What you can achieve
- Preparation of specialist reports on building applications in the water protection area
- Assistance in carrying out shore inspections
- Checking existing beach land concessions and permits for accuracy and completeness
- Preparation of orders in the area of beach land concessions and permits
- Processing changes in the area of beach land concessions
- Providing information by telephone and answering written enquiries
What distinguishes you
- Completed commercial training or technical basic training with commercial further education
- Very good IT user skills including knowledge of WebGIS
- Fluency in oral and written expression as well as in reading building plans
- Many years of experience in drafting demanding correspondence (legal hearings, orders)
- Knowledge of building law desired
- Customer orientation and assertiveness
