These are your tasks
- As part of an interdisciplinary team, take responsibility for planning, conception and realisation of geomatics tools
- Develop interfaces to specialist applications, databases and surrounding systems
- Support specialist departments in projects and digitisation initiatives with sound data analyses, targeted data preparation and technical expertise
- Collaborate in complex projects according to HERMES 2022 from solution design to go-live
- Conceptualise and develop solutions based on the Esri ArcGIS and VertiGIS platforms
- Build and further develop CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
This is what sets you apart
- Completed studies in computer science, geoinformatics, geography, geomatics (Uni/ETH/FH) or equivalent training/continuing education in software development with several years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge and practical experience in conception and development (at least SQL, Python and ArcPy)
- Knowledge and experience in the use of ArcGIS (including ArcGIS Maps SDKs) and VertiGIS
- Knowledge of the network infrastructure of a utility company with the media electricity, telecommunications, water, district heating and gas
- You are characterised by an independent way of working and use professional exchange to develop optimal solutions together.
