We are looking for a motivated and independent individual starting 1 April 2025 or by arrangement as

Legal Assistant / LegalTech Project Manager (f|m|d) (60–100%)

for our modern location in Zug.

Your challenge:

• Independent office organisation and secretarial management
• Support for several lawyers / partners
• Organisation of daily mail receipt, correspondence and file management, deadline monitoring and management
• Direct contact with our clients – reception and telephone service
• Collaboration in accounting and invoicing (no payroll accounting or annual financial statements)
• Support in personnel administration and event organisation
• Maintenance of our website and social media
• Responsibility for exciting LegalTech projects
• Internal IT support and coordination

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (KV or commercial school)
• Several years of experience in legal or partner assistance
• Native German speaker, very good English skills (at least Advanced Cambridge Certificate), French and/or Italian are a plus
• Very good MS Office skills, high IT affinity
• You bring initiative and a solution-oriented working style
• You are reliable, detail-oriented and enjoy working independently
