What to expect:

• Handling standard enquiries by phone and email
• Support with administrative HR processes
• Relieving the HR Services team of routine tasks
• Ensuring correct and timely processing
• Independent and careful handling of personnel administration

What you should bring:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ
• 3–5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in personnel administration
• Sound HR knowledge and a structured, proactive working style
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written
• High accuracy, reliability and discretion
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
