• you accompany and support our residents in their daily lives and ensure individual and appreciative care.
• you assist with personal care, daily activities, and household tasks.
• you work closely with the nursing professionals and the entire care team and support daily care and assistance.
• you observe changes in our residents and pass on important information to the responsible nursing professionals.
• you carry out your tasks reliably and independently and document your observations and services comprehensibly.
• you contribute with your open and helpful manner to good teamwork and a pleasant atmosphere for our residents.

• because you have training as an Assistant Health and Social Care EBA.
• because you already have experience in care and support.
• because you enjoy working with older people and treat them with respect and appreciation.
• thanks to your reliable, responsible, and independent way of working.
• because you like working in a team, communicate openly, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
