MAIN TASKS

• Development and implementation of the purchasing strategy for defined product groups
• Building, maintaining and further developing a powerful supplier portfolio
• Issuing and comparing offers
• Selection, evaluation and qualification of suppliers
• Conducting price, contract and condition negotiations
• Development and implementation of measures to optimise procurement costs
• Collaboration with production, engineering, development, quality assurance and sales
• Leading a team of 4 employees

PROFILE

• Completed commercial or technical basic training, ideally with further education in purchasing EF/EL
• Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing or a comparable function
• Good knowledge of supplier management and procurement
• Experience in price, contract and condition negotiations
• Technical understanding and interest in products and materials
• Positive, communicative and committed team player with leadership experience
• Native German or French speaker, English skills advantageous
• Very good IT user skills (CAD, MS Office, ERP systems)
