We are looking for a committed and experienced individual for our Digital Office team.
Your Tasks:
- Keep our Azure and M365 cloud up to date – from Intune to Teams.
- Automate, patch, secure: You ensure smooth operations and highest security.
- Independently take on smaller, selected projects and actively contribute your ideas.
- You operate and further develop our cloud infrastructure (VMs, network, routing/firewall, etc.).
- You support and optimize our Microsoft 365 platform (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
- You are responsible for the operation and further development of our client management based on Microsoft Intune.
- You take over lifecycle and patch management for Windows endpoints and Windows servers, including management of SSL/TLS certificates and DNS.
- You independently lead and implement smaller IT projects or initiatives.
- You actively contribute to measures for information security (IAM, vulnerability management & compliance, remediation & patch management, information protection, data loss prevention).
- You meticulously document system environments, processes, and policies.
- You take over 2nd and 3rd level support as well as troubleshooting for cloud and on-premise services.
- You develop and conduct training sessions for users.
Your Profile:
- You have training as an IT specialist with a completed degree at HF or FH level in business informatics or a comparable field.
- You bring at least five years of professional experience as a system, cloud, or DevOps engineer in an enterprise or SME environment.
- You possess solid knowledge in Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, IAM, security).
- You are experienced in the administration of Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune).
- You have pronounced automation skills.
- You have solid knowledge of Windows server systems as well as basic knowledge of Linux and network technologies.
- You have the willingness and motivation to engage in information security topics and actively advance them.
- Your working style is very structured and analytical; you approach tasks pragmatically and solution-oriented.
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills (at least level B2).
