About the job

We are the competent contact in Eastern Switzerland when it comes to office supplies. With our five business areas, such as Print Solutions, Interior Design, Stationery, Toys, and Online Shops, we advise and supply our customers from the paperclip to the complete office equipment and professional printing solutions.

The Pius Schäfler Group comprises 140 employees, of which we currently train 32 apprentices in the areas of stationery, toys, and commercial vocational training.

Tasks

This three-year basic training leads you to the Federal VET Diploma. With this qualification, many attractive further education opportunities open up for you.

As a retail specialist, you are knowledgeable about the wide range of paper goods, organizational tools, greeting cards, writing instruments, office equipment, painting and drawing supplies, etc. You advise our customers expertly and inform them about materials, functions, and handling. You execute orders, check incoming goods, and ensure proper storage. You make sure that the goods are attractively presented, operate the cash register, and handle payments.
