About the job
The Zug Elderly Care Foundation operates the Frauensteinmatt, Herti and Neustadt elderly centres as well as the Waldheim retirement apartments in the city of Zug. We see ourselves as a centre of expertise for living and care in old age. Every day, over 370 employees are committed to ensuring that our 225 residents can lead a self-determined, active life for as long as possible.
Is HR more than just administration for you?
Do you like it when no two days are exactly the same, enjoy working independently and take pleasure in being a reliable contact person for employees and managers?
Then you will fit in well with us.
In our HR team, you are right in the middle: from personnel administration to payroll and attendance management, to staff events and digital HR processes. You take responsibility for your topics, think along and contribute your ideas. To complement our team, we are looking in the HR department for a flexible and independent person by arrangement
HR Assistant (60 %).
Your everyday HR with us
You accompany our employees administratively throughout the entire employee lifecycle and ensure that everything runs reliably in the background. You actively participate in the monthly payroll run and contribute your payroll experience.
Employees and managers appreciate you as an uncomplicated and competent contact person for personnel administrative questions. Together as a team, you also take care of attendance management and support the organisation of our staff events.
And because good HR never stands still, we look forward to you questioning existing processes, recognising potential for improvement and contributing to the further development of our HR processes and digital tools.
