What you can achieve
- You take the lead (or co-lead) for the Pharma sector and are responsible for the strategic planning and further development of our Pharma range. Through active market and trend analyses, you ensure a competitive and innovative offering
- You lead, coach and develop your team of Strategic Buyers and create an environment for top performance and continuous development
- You develop negotiation strategies, maintain strategic partnerships and conduct demanding contract negotiations to achieve our margin targets
- You actively contribute to the further development of the entire procurement at Galexis and actively bring in your ideas and initiatives
What you bring with you
- You are an experienced leader who knows how to motivate, support and lead a team towards common goals and see yourself in this role as a servant leader
- You know the Swiss healthcare market, especially the pharmaceutical sector, and have experience in retail business
- You think in a networked, numbers-savvy and process-oriented way, work in a structured and entrepreneurial manner – bringing motivation, joy and courage to initiate changes together
- You are strong in negotiations, confident in closing deals and convince with excellent argumentation and strategic skill
- Fluent German language skills are a prerequisite
