What you can achieve

You take the lead (or co-lead) for the Pharma sector and are responsible for the strategic planning and further development of our Pharma range. Through active market and trend analyses, you ensure a competitive and innovative offering
You lead, coach and develop your team of Strategic Buyers and create an environment for top performance and continuous development
You develop negotiation strategies, maintain strategic partnerships and conduct demanding contract negotiations to achieve our margin targets
You actively contribute to the further development of the entire procurement at Galexis and actively bring in your ideas and initiatives

You are an experienced leader who knows how to motivate, support and lead a team towards common goals and see yourself in this role as a servant leader
You know the Swiss healthcare market, especially the pharmaceutical sector, and have experience in retail business
You think in a networked, numbers-savvy and process-oriented way, work in a structured and entrepreneurial manner – bringing motivation, joy and courage to initiate changes together
You are strong in negotiations, confident in closing deals and convince with excellent argumentation and strategic skill
Fluent German language skills are a prerequisite
