Construction Manager 80 - 100 %

In this important position, you will take on various responsible roles.

Team Builder

You ensure that the best team leads the construction project to success. You take care of the tender documents, prepare specifications, coordinate with the project manager and the architects, and prepare everything necessary to jointly make the right decision for the contractor selection.

Navigator

You know that for a successful construction project, all gears must mesh precisely. Therefore, you keep the threads together on the construction site, as you know the construction plans, regulations, and schedule best. You coordinate, accompany, and lead the team of involved companies. In doing so, you skilfully use your communication skills.

Controller

We don’t want to pull the wool over your eyes – you know from experience that only with comprehensible cost control, correct construction accounting, and precise scheduling can you make the client happy. You will be accompanied by our project management and supported by our project assistance.

Project Completion Champion

The top priority is to bring the buildings we accompany to life on time. Therefore, you ensure orderly commissioning and handover, organise preliminary and final inspections with the client and architects, and ensure the successful completion of the project with clean construction accounting and organisation of defect rectification.

What you bring

• Vocational training as a draughtsperson with further training as a construction manager, certified technician HF construction planning, or architect

• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in Switzerland

• Responsible and structured way of working

• Solution-oriented and team player

• Solid IT skills in MS Office and construction administration software
