Planning and building is a daily challenge for us, which we approach with great joy and commitment. With our motivated team of around 60 employees, it is our task to put the architects' designs and the clients' wishes into practice. At our 3 locations in Rapperswil, Zurich and St. Gallen, exciting construction projects are always waiting for us, which we realise together with renowned architects and clients.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Construction Manager (m/f/d) with a workload of 80-100%.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the construction management of exciting and varied construction projects
• Coordination and supervision of construction execution on site
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards
• Leadership and management of the involved companies and specialist planners
• Preparation and review of tenders, offers and invoices
• Regular communication with clients and other project participants

Your Profile

• Completed training in construction (e.g. construction manager, technician HF, architect or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally in Switzerland
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction regulations and standards
• Organisational and assertiveness skills as well as a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various project participants
• Confident use of common construction management and office tools
