immediately or by arrangement, a

Commercial Clerk (50 – 60 %), in Job Sharing

Your tasks

• You are the warm and competent contact person for our customers, suppliers and
  employees and ensure a professional administrative process
• Receipt and processing of customer orders
• Serving customers at reception (e.g. sale of spare parts)
• Time management of employees
• Responsible management of the entire accounts payable process from
  invoice verification to payment
• Creating small invoices
• Support in managing our website and social media channels, general
  marketing measures

What you bring

• Commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent commercial training
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers, suppliers and employees
• Very good IT skills
• High service and customer orientation
• Organisational skills
• Independence, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Team spirit as well as a positive and open personality
• Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential data
• Industry affinity and enjoyment of beautiful bathrooms an advantage
