YOUR TASKS
- Advise, support and empower nursing teams in complex care situations
- Support a person-centred and evidence-based nursing practice
- You identify practice-relevant questions and derive development potentials from them
- You create and implement guidelines and standards and check their implementation
- Active participation in direct care to maintain and further consolidate your clinical expertise. This makes you an important contact person for your team in day-to-day business (approx. 60% of your workload)
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a Master of Science in Nursing degree and practical professional experience, preferably in surgical and/or medical specialties
- Your solution-oriented working style and audience-appropriate communication skills distinguish you particularly.
- High patient satisfaction is important to you.
- You have the ability to act in an interface function and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration
- You have an independent, precise and structured way of working.
