Residential Area Manager 80 - 100%

Your Tasks
- Together with your team of around 10 employees, you create an environment in both the residential area and assisted living where everyone wins
- Your task is enriched by close cooperation among the residential area managers and the other teams
- You know how to optimally involve other important contributors such as relatives and doctors
- You coach your team, lead by example in caregiving, and together you achieve high care quality
