When you train as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ, you have a special role. Essentially, you are the good soul at your workplace. As soon as something stops working, you are called. But of course, you also take preventive measures. You reliably ensure smooth operations, clean floors and windows. You responsibly maintain or repair buildings, building services, the operational area, and green spaces. Important topics during your training include occupational safety, health protection, environment, and energy-saving measures.
