You will take responsibility for your own projects from analysis to implementation and work directly on strategic decisions and important projects.

Your tasks

• Supporting the CEO in corporate management, process, and business development
• Independent leadership and implementation of projects and tasks
• Creating analyses, presentations, and decision-making bases
• Contributing to strategic topics such as digitalisation, process development, sustainability, and organisational development
• Accompanying workshops, meetings, and internal communication

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student (or graduate) in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Management, or a comparable field
• Entrepreneurial and structured thinking as well as high personal responsibility
• Digitally savvy, strong communication skills, and resilient – you always keep an overview
• Structured working style and enjoyment of analytical work
• Desire for responsibility, development, and independent work
