Your main tasks

• Operating the telephone switchboard
• Actively welcoming and assisting customers
• Supporting the accounting department

Additional tasks

• Close cooperation with Sales and Aftersales
• Invoicing of workshop orders
• Management and operation of the cash register
• General correspondence
• Support in dunning and debt collection
• Assistance with accounts payable and receivable
• General administrative tasks internally and externally
• Assistance with the organisation of events & marketing
• General cleaning duties

What you bring with you

• You are motivated and have completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ profile E
• You are very communicative, open and have a neat and confident appearance
• Commitment, flexibility and resilience are among your strengths
• You have a careful and reliable way of working
• You are enthusiastic about Mercedes-Benz automobiles
