Your mission: You support the daily quality processes at our two production sites in Switzerland – and among other things, you will help build a new supplier management system from scratch. A rare opportunity to help shape a quality function in its early stages and grow into broader responsibilities.

What to expect

Quality & Supplier Management

• Development and continuous improvement of the supplier management system (qualification, evaluation, audits)
• Maintenance of supplier documentation, conducting questionnaires, audits and supplier communication
• Handling customer and supplier complaints

 Production & Process Quality

• Daily exchange with production: on-site quality support, initial sample inspections, process controls
• Initiate, investigate and follow up on internal deviations (non-conformities)
• Support in KPI collection, audit preparation and management review

 Documentation & Digitalisation

• Management of the eDMS: document creation, approval workflow, version control, archiving
• Maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, batch protocols, specifications
• Active participation in the digitalisation of the quality organisation

Your profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in plastics/polymer technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in plastics, rubber or laminate processing – or an exceptionally strong academic background
• Very good German & English (spoken and written)
• Basic understanding of quality management (ISO: 9001 / 13485 & 15378 advantageous)
• Structured, detail-oriented, practical
