Job description:

In your new role, your duties have an impact on the quality of patient care. Your role will notably consist of,

• Managing doctors' schedules
• Managing the service's email inbox
• Receiving and handling calls, arranging appointments
• Summoning patients
• Retrieving medical documents from external practices and institutions, archiving them in patient files
• Preparing consultation files
• Welcoming and directing patients
• Scheduling follow-up appointments for patients
• Printing/issuing certificates and prescriptions for patients
• Transcribing/proofreading, validating and ensuring the dispatch of medical reports

• Mastery of French spelling and syntax, and medical terminology

Education level:

Diploma as a medical secretary or commercial CFC, or equivalent training

At least 3 years of experience as a medical secretary, or experience to be evaluated
