Job description:
In your new role, your duties have an impact on the quality of patient care. Your role will notably consist of,
- Managing doctors' schedules
- Managing the service's email inbox
- Receiving and handling calls, arranging appointments
- Summoning patients
- Retrieving medical documents from external practices and institutions, archiving them in patient files
- Preparing consultation files
- Welcoming and directing patients
- Scheduling follow-up appointments for patients
- Printing/issuing certificates and prescriptions for patients
- Transcribing/proofreading, validating and ensuring the dispatch of medical reports

- Mastery of French spelling and syntax, and medical terminology

Education level:
Diploma as a medical secretary or commercial CFC, or equivalent training
At least 3 years of experience as a medical secretary, or experience to be evaluated
