Become part of our team in Rapperswil. We are looking for a committed individual as a draughtsperson or structural designer in the field of civil engineering for both underground and above-ground construction. In this position, you will work on demanding construction projects and apply your skills in the planning and design of structures.

DRAUGHTSPERSON / STRUCTURAL DESIGNER BUILDING ENGINEERING 80-100% - RAPPERSWIL

YOUR TASKS:

• Creating precise 3D models and execution plans for building projects in the areas of concrete construction, steel construction, excavation pits, and foundations
• Creating BIM-capable models and participating in coordination
• Developing practical and economically interesting solutions
• Close collaboration with our engineers and specialists
• Supporting project management and project work for new build and refurbishment projects throughout all SIA construction phases
• Co-responsibility for the training and supervision of apprentices with the option to take over the professional and personal guidance of our draughtsperson apprentices EFZ specialising in civil engineering

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete this
• Good oral and written German skills
• Experience in planning building projects
• Proficient use of 3D CAD software (e.g. Allplan, AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla)
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Team player and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
