Customer Care Employee - (Temporary until 30.04.2027) - DE/IT/FR
Your tasks:
- Telephone and multilingual advice for customers
- Receiving and processing various enquiries by phone
- Carrying out changes such as address updates or data adjustments
- Ensuring high service quality and professional communication
Your profile:
- Commercial apprenticeship or secondary school leaving certificate
- Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of Italian and English or French and English
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as strong service and customer orientation
- Communicative, open and reliable personality
- High motivation and willingness to be fully available during the period 4 January to 23 April 2027
- Career changers are welcome, provided they master the 10-finger system and are IT-savvy
