Your tasks
- You are responsible for the corporate communications of ZVB and are the contact person for the communication concerns of partner and subsidiary companies, leading a small team (one employee and media design apprentice).
- As a sparring partner for the company management, you advise on all communication matters, support with speeches and are responsible for the creation and implementation of the corporate communications concept.
- You actively shape and develop our internal and external communication channels – from social media and website to the intranet and magazines – together with various internal teams.
- In this key position, you are involved in or lead diverse projects with increased communication needs. You set important impulses for the further development of ZVB and shape the perception of our company, which moves thousands of people daily.
- You are responsible for media relations, the role of media spokesperson, as well as professional event and crisis communication.
Your profile
- You have a completed higher education in communication, PR or media (FH, university or equivalent).
- Several years of experience in corporate communications, media or communication tasks and the ability to be effective both strategically and operationally.
- High affinity for digital media, modern communication channels and new technologies.
- Excellent written and oral expression in German as well as a keen sense for target group-appropriate communication.
- You are a doer with leadership experience and project experience in communication. Entrepreneurial and service-oriented thinking, organisational skills and the ability to motivate people towards common goals are your strengths.
