Production Management

To lead and further develop our production, we are looking for a down-to-earth, technically skilled, and resourceful individual.

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for safe, high-quality, punctual, and economical production
• Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as development of the twelve production employees
• Management of production and resource planning including order accounting
• Monitoring and improving relevant production key figures such as productivity, quality, scrap rate, equipment availability, and adherence to deadlines
• Analysis of deviations, optimisation of production processes, and participation in improvement projects
• Carrying out setup activities and commissioning of technical profiles and seals

Your Profile

• Technical basic training with further education in production, process technology, or management
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a manufacturing industrial company
• Sound knowledge of plastics processing, ideally in extrusion
• Experience with production key figures and continuous improvement
• Clear, appreciative leadership as well as a structured, solution-oriented, and practical working style
