Your Challenge
You will assume the professional and disciplinary responsibility for rope production and, together with your team of around 15 employees, ensure efficient, punctual, and high-quality production. The optimal use of personnel, machines, and other resources forms the foundation. Through the continuous development of your employees and the optimisation of processes, you will unlock improvement potential and make a significant contribution to the success of the production site in Birr.
Your Profile
You are a practical-minded individual who, after your technical basic training, has completed further training in production/process technology or acquired a comparable qualification. Your experience in a demanding industrial production environment forms the basis. You enjoy taking responsibility, are consistent, and ready to take the next step. Curiosity, straightforwardness, and reliability complete your profile.
