• Leading the switchgear construction department in the area of conversions and new builds as well as renovations for energy distribution in industry, commerce and residential construction, control distributions in the field of industrial process plants and building automation
• Responsibility for the entire order processing from smaller to larger projects
• Preparation of offers, supplementary claims as well as execution of final accounts
• Personnel and deployment planning
• Employee leadership and development
• Further development of the location
• Acquisition of orders and new customers
• Maintenance and support of existing customers as well as generation of follow-up business
• Budget preparation and cost monitoring

• Ideally more than 10 years of experience in project management for switchgear / automation
• Further training as a master in switchgear and automation is an advantage
• Has a good network in the market
• Enjoyment and experience in leading 30-50 employees
• Experience in leading a department in the field of switchgear / automation is an advantage
• Connected thinking and quick comprehension
